General terms and conditions of business

1. Room reservations are binding for both parties and can only be canceled with mutual consent.

2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it is not possible to move into the room before 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The room must be returned by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you depart before 6:00 p.m., half the room price must be paid, and after that the full room price must be paid.

3. Reserved rooms must be occupied by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest. If this has not happened, the hotel can dispose of the rooms unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed.

4. The hotel assumes no liability for valuables (especially jewelry, paper, etc.) that have not been placed in our safe for storage. There is a liability limit of up to €5,000 for jewelry and cash in the safe. In individual cases, higher values ​​can only be deposited with the approval of the management.

5. Animals may only be brought with the prior consent of the hotel management.

6. A booking can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, after which 80% of the accommodation price for the first night will be charged. If you do not show up, 100% of the first night will be charged. A credit card must be provided to secure the booking.

7, Special cleaning in case of excessive contamination. If the hotel rooms are excessively or exceptionally dirty and require special cleaning, we are entitled to charge additional cleaning costs in accordance with the additional effort incurred.

8. Alternative dispute resolution: We do not take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
