With a wallet key, you can store your digital room key and unlock doors using your smartphone or a compatible smartwatch.

If your device is compatible with Wallet keys, the "Add to Wallet" button will appear at the end of your online check-in.

If you book multiple rooms for the same time period, the Wallet key will only be activated for the room that has been assigned to you. If you book stays for different time periods, a separate Wallet key will be activated for each stay. Each key is valid only after you have completed online check-in for the respective current stay.

If you lose or misplace your Android smartphone, you should use the "Find My Device" app to remotely lock or erase the device.
